"We" and "Us" and "Our" means LMC Auto Services.
"You" and "Your" means the person, firm or company seeking to use our services.
1. Payment
1.1 - We do not offer a credit facility.
1.2 - Payment is required upon completion of work.
2. Price & Quotations
2.1 - The price of the service provided is agreed between us and you at the time you agree to work being carried out.
2.2 - Any quotations we provide shall lapse after 30 days from the date of issue.
2.3 - Quotations are based on information provided by you. We reserve the right to adjust the quotation if incorrect information is supplied when the initial quotation is given.
2.4 - The price in all quotations is exclusive of VAT which will be added to the invoice and due at the rate applicable on the date of our invoice.
3. Parts & Warranty
3.1 - We do accept vehicles that have had work completed by another garage, however we do not accept responsibility and do not offer a parts guarantee for parts purchased or work carried out at other garages.
3.2 - The warranty relates to parts provided by us only.
3.3 - Parts supplied by us will be under warranty for a minimum of 12 months or 12,000 miles but does not cover general wear and tear.
3.4 - The warranty shall be void if damage arises from routine wear and tear, negligence, customer/third party interference and accidental damage.
3.5 - You should notify us immediately of a potential claim and we will assess the part and repair free of charge where necessary.
4. Data protection
4.1 - We will not pass your contact details on to any third parties. Information given to LMC Auto Services is for our purposes only.
5. Special Offers/Promotions
5.1 - Special offers and promotions will run for a stated period of time and will not be carried over.
5.2 - We reserve the right to withdraw special offers and promotions without prior notice.
6. Health & Safety
6.1 - When visiting our garage you are required to adhere to our Health & Safety regulations.
6.2 - We take no responsibility for accidents that occur which breach our regulations.
